Motherhood Meets Faith’s council exists to support the overall mission and vision and to ensure the ministry is rooted in biblical truths.
Gene Rupp
Gene has been married to Ellen for 52 years, has 2 kids, and 5 grandchildren. Gene's background is diverse from pastoring a church for 20 years, serving in the military, and being a superintendent. Gene is a visionary thinker who cheers on the founders to follow God's direction.
Caitlin Barbee
Caitlin is a mom of two and is the only lady in her house (even the dog and two cats are boys!) She loves Jesus, her mama, and America, too.She spends most of her time looking for things and trying to remember what she was looking for; her husband, Tyler, is her biggest fan, and together, they spend their time and ministry loving on as many kiddos as possible.

Welcome everyone to MMF!! I am so honored and privileged to serve on the council for Motherhood Meets Faith. I am a mom of four children and now I have 12 grandchildren! I’ve experienced many of the things that you moms have experienced are experiencing and will experience. You are in a great place to receive information and encouragement and prayers from other moms.
I grew up in the church. Yet when my kids were small I noticed a mom who also had four kids. I noticed that they were nice kind, considerate, smart kids, so I ask that mom what was her secret. She told me taking them to church was her secret. So, I raised my kids also to honor God .
I was a cosmetologist right out of high school. I did that while my children were growing up. I went to college as a nontraditional student as I was raising my four kids . My youngest went to kindergarten that year I started. It took 10 years but I graduated with a BA in Social Work.
I believe that prayer and trusting God has been my strength. I want to encourage all you moms, no matter your age, to lean into

Luther Rupp
Luther is a dad of two children, Amy and Andrew, and has two grandchildren, Bodie and Breck. Being a grandpa brings Luther pure joy. He loves reading to his grandkids (his grandkids love it too!). Luther's background includes serving in the Marines and Army, attending Bible college, living in South Korea, starting unique ministries to share God's love, and running the entire perimeter of Florida. Luther is passionate about disciplining people to follow Christ and to deepen their personal relationship with God. During his free time, he enjoys the Florida beaches.

Amy Brown
Amy is a wife to Corey of 7 years and a mom to two boys, ages 1 and 3. Her heart behind MMF is to bring moms a sense of community rooted in Jesus. We need more of Jesus in our everyday life. Through this, Amy's hope is for every mom to deepen their relationship with God. Amy loves dates with Corey, tacos, chocolate chip cookies, and worshipping God.

Cathrine Schmelzer
Cathrine is a stay-at-home mom passionate about Jesus, mothering and connecting with other moms. She's been married for 12 years and has 4 children ranging from one year to age 10. Cathrine's hope is to provide resources rooted in Jesus that allow moms to grow their faith, connection, and make the journey of motherhood more manageable in everyday life. Cathrine loves Starbucks and chocolate mousse cheesecake.

Cydnee Curtis
God saved Cydnee's soul in 2011 and hasn't stopped healing her heart since. She is married to her best friend since 2015, and is a mom to four kiddos. God has faithfully guided and carried her family along all the sticky parts of life. Cydnee's daily goal is to leading her four kiddos to love and trust the Lord in all aspects of life, "Being able to watch them become little prayer warriors has been one of the biggest blessings God has allowed me to be apart of."

Brooke Singleton
Brooke is a stay home momma of three, homeschooling off and on for almost 16 of the 17 years she’s been married to Jonathan. They run a cut flower farm, and she loves reading, writing, rain and adventure. But her most favorite thing is sharing the hope of Jesus.Brooke is a Host for the MMF Online Community as well as a writer.

Kelsey Sigmon
Kelsey is a mother of 2 elementary age kids. She has been married to Matt for 14 years. She works as an elementary school physical therapist. When Kelsey is not working or running her children to sports and gymnastics practices, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves Jesus, reading the Bible, and hopes to encourage moms.

Alisen is a mom of 1. She works at an educational child care center and loves plants, reading, and all things medical/psychological. She has been married for 8 years and can't wait to see how God moves through MMF.

April is a wife and mom who loves spending time with family. She’s been married to Evan for 12 years and they have three children. Morgan is almost 11, Noah is 9 and Hudson is 6. She loves old movies, cats and salt and vinegar chips. April wants to encourage moms to know that it’s ok to let go of striving to be “perfect” and to embrace who they are in Jesus.

Tabitha Deller
Tabitha Deller is a wife, mom, author, and teacher. She resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, Steve. They have four sons, Joshua, Caleb, Nathan, and Isaac. She loves words — written or spoken and is passionate about God’s Word and the life changing truths found in it. From reading it to living it out in word and deed, her heart's desire is to challenge others to do the same. She has authored and taught Bible Studies and devotionals for large groups, small groups, and online groups. Encouraging ladies of all ages and life stages is Tabitha's passion, and she does that through speaking at conferences, events, and retreats. Marquel Bryga
Marquel is a mother of two beautiful daughters ages 32 and 30 and a grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren. And she was also a dental assistant for 30+ Years and still tries to work at least one day a week in the office. Marquel has been married to her husband Dave now for seven years. When she is not enjoying time with her family, she is cooking, crocheting, or doing some kind of craft. She also sings on the worship team at her church, which she has been involved with for over 25 years she’s very excited to share the word of God with other women searching for God’s true word.
Michelle Stepp
Michelle has been married to Zane for nearly 9 years, and is a mom to Hannah, who is 2. She desires for all followers of Christ to live out the call to discipleship in every aspect of their lives. She loves to spend time with family and friends enjoying coffee, tacos, and deep conversation. Michelle is from Arizona and is currently living in Ohio. She has a mild obsession with anything having to do with cactus.

Cathrine is a stay at home mom, wife of 12 years, and a lover of reading. She enjoys writing with the purpose to share Jesus with others, spending time with friends and seeing God move in her life and the lives of others. If you talk to her for any length of time you'll see that her life is filled with kids, chaos, and a whole lot of love.

Cansas Clemans
Cansas is a work from home, mom of 3 little ones. She enjoys dreaming up projects for her husband, gardening, and spending time with family. She is passionate about encouraging others to begin or strengthen their relationship with Jesus through reading the Word!
Cansas is also the founder of Encouragements.

Rachel Province
Rachel has been married to Jared for 10 years. They have two boys, ages 1 and 3. Her passion is for all moms to have a community around them for love and support, ultimately pointing them and their families to Jesus. Rachel was an integral part in launching MMF. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, packing her double jogger up for a run and exploring new places. Ice cream and coffee will always put a smile on her face!
Kara Stephens
Kara is a mom who runs on coffee and Jesus. She’s a School Counselor, a wife and a mom of 2. She’s been married to Zach for 11 years and has been a mom for 9 of those years. She loves coffee (a must!), reading, Hallmark movies and chocolate…lots of chocolate! Kara is excited to share her heart with other moms and show how we aren’t alone, and that our strength truly comes from a good God.
